Best cream tea in polperro, and also the cheapest we came across. Simple kiosk style and outdoor seating. Scones were a perfect warmth and was less crowded than other places. Felt very local.

The couple serving were lovely and made us some very generously filled sandwiches to take away along with some beautiful scones, cream and jam for us to make up our own cream tea later! The scones were better than we've had in much larger places and even better than the bakery near where we were staying. They were even kind enough to give us directions as we were admittedly bit lost! Absolutely worth a visit if you're in this beautiful village!Nice simple sandwich lunch which was very tasty and just what you need after too many Cornish Pasties! ALl served by a lovely, charming and helpful couple. Thank you

We have been going to Polperro sea food and sandwich bar for years! Their food is always fresh and the staff are always friendly. It is also a lot cheaper than most places. Well worth a visit 😀

Great crispy bacon sandwich
Delicious crab sandwiches
I presume this business has changed owners ? Today I paid £6.50 for a cheap soft 6" dry bread roll with a tablespoon of crab inside, would have liked a cup of tea but lady serving said she couldn't be bothered making tea ! Grudgingly she did throw my wrapper away. What a pity, the food and service used to be so nice.
